Welcome to Freshee Sweepstakes ("Freshee"). We are preparing to launch our powersports giveaways, giving eligible participants the opportunity to enter for a chance to win exciting prizes.
At this time, no sweepstakes is active, no winner has been selected, and no drawing date has been announced.
Official Rules for each giveaway will be published before that giveaway begins.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN ANY FRESHEE SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Each giveaway will provide a free alternative method of entry, with instructions published in its Official Rules.
Eligibility requirements will be published before each giveaway begins.
These requirements may include minimum age, geographic restrictions and other conditions required by applicable laws.
Each participant will be responsible for reviewing the applicable Official Rules before entering.
Freshee plans to offer powersports-related sweepstakes through its official website, freshee.store.

Images and promotional materials displayed before launch are previews only and do not constitute an active sweepstakes offer.

Subscribing does not automatically enter an individual into a future giveaway unless a separate promotion expressly provides for such entry.
Any promotional offer of free entries, including a five-entry early-access offer, will be governed by its own published terms and applicable Official Rules.

All valid entries will be subject to the Official Rules of the applicable giveaway.

Participants should be cautious of fraudulent accounts impersonating Freshee. Do not provide payment information to anyone claiming you must pay to win a prize.
Freshee may update this pre-launch notice before its first giveaway begins.
Once a giveaway launches, its published Official Rules will govern that promotion. This pre-launch notice does not replace those rules.
